I have been training with Coach Q since February 2025 and I would highly recommend his training. Currently whilst I am London based I train with him twice weekly in addition to other gym visits.
I had previously been a regular gym goer who was looking to take things to the next level. During my sessions I have received advice and support on:
- stretching and mobility exercises to reduce my risk of injury and improve my mobility, which prior to the sessions I had been unfortunately neglecting. I had some issues with a few areas of tightness and discomfort which have improved significantly over the sessions
- a wide range of exercises covering full body including core workouts, resulting in increased variety to my workouts in comparison to before the sessions
- advice on nutrition and how to increase protein intake
So far I am very satisfied with my training with noticeable results only in a few months. I would highly recommend his services.

I started training with Kioumars in May as my doctor said I needed more exercise to help ease my hip impingement. I started dozing one session a week with Kioumars and then do dance class and also had physio.
His exercise regime has helped me enormously with the easing of the impingement and to the point that together with the physio I no longer have pain in my hip and I have a much greater range of movement than before I started with him.
Kioumars works you hard but explains clearly what he wants you to do and what effect the exercise will have. All of our sessions are via Skype but that has not stopped us working hard and achieving my goals.
I would highly recommend Kioumars who is hard working, very client focused and very much wants you to achieve your goals.

I was apprehensive about getting a personal trainer but Coach Q helped me get over those worries in the first session.
He has really listened to my goals and made a training program to suit my needs. He inspires me to work hard and is an expert in motivation and positive affirmations.
When I had an injury he was able to give rehabilitation exercises and amend the program so that I could still train.
I never thought that I would day it but I am actually enjoying going to the gym!

Coach Q has always been a positive beacon in my progress toward getting healthier. When I first joined I had been having chronic shoulder pain that was aggravated even during basic use, and he has helped me to nearly eliminate the discomfort.
He is clearly very experienced with sports rehabilitation and strengthening.
I’ve worked with him for months now and each month he has pushed me towards achieving new personal bests in all manner of exercise. I am now doing deadlifts, abs exercises, bench press, military press, dips, push ups, and even chin ups at new personal bests. Going from chronic shoulder pain with simple activities to being able to do chin ups has really embodied the success of my sessions.
Perhaps the best part of working with Coach Q is that I always come out of the sessions feeling stronger and refreshed, mentally and physically. He is good at pushing for improvements without pushing too far or risking injury. Since I started with him, I have become far stronger and more in shape, with greater confidence and energy on the daily.

I have been working with Coach Q for a few months while recovering from a severe case of frozen shoulder that wouldn't let me sleep at night.
From the very beginning I knew Coach Q was the correct trainer for me, as I would leave sessions with significantly less pain and feeling good. Additionally, my physiotherapist enthusiastically approved of my training regimen.
As I have recovered and discovered new personal bests for myself, Coach Q has always struck the best balance of encouraging and understanding, respecting that my abilities fluctuate by day and week and pushing just enough so I am challenging myself while never risking an injury. He keeps a careful eye on posture and form to and adapts the training program quickly if there is any concern of pain. For me, my fitness journey continues to be slow and steady and I am grateful that Coach Q can point out the milestones and successes even when I can't easily see them.
I am also most appreciative of the variety of moves and exercises Coach Q brings to my training regimen, especially as I am not someone who naturally enjoys training or sports. He finds a way to make the training interesting and fun- which is further motivation.

I happened to meet Kioumars at Latchmere Sporting Center while I was hopelessly self-training on a lateral cross-trainer machine, and had the pleasure to have him as my personal trainer for about a year. He very patiently introduced me to a proper professional training program aimed at developing homogeneously body mass, loosing weight and dosing cardio with gym exercises such as walking lounges, weightlifting, squats, back extensions, abdominals and more. Since I met him, I was so very impressed by his skill and dedication for his profession that I immediately discovered a passion for gym exercising, and all its derived benefits. He is a qualified BSc sports rehabilitation professional and he has plenty of knowledge and good vibes to share with his clients, gym buddies and walk-in self trainers in need of guidance. We have been training on a twice a week basis long enough, and I will deffo carry on exercising with him in the future. Following a neurological medical event, Brett is travelling the long road to his recovery. Over the past 7 months, Coach Q has utilized his academic and practical expertise in Sports Science and Sports Rehabilitation to lead Brett on the path to an astonishing improvement in his physical stamina, core strength and range of movement.
As for myself, since embarking on my own fitness journey with Coach Q, my athletic performance and physique have increased notably. Seven months ago, I struggled to pick up a 6kg kettle bell, under Coach Q’s instruction I’m now able to safely lift 25kg.

I started training with Coach Q in September 2021; my goals were to lose weight and tackle my severe lower back pain.
Training with Q has helped me strengthen my lower back and hip areas contributing to the pain.
To date, my back pain is gone, and I have a good workout and stretch regime that keeps me pain-free.
Training with Q twice a week and following a tailored nutrition plan has helped me drop a dress size. It’s a great feeling to wear outfits that didn’t fit before.
I feel more confident within myself; I wear more colour and less black! I used to be quite shy in the gym, worried about other people’s reactions. Now I couldn’t care less; I know how to use every machine for my workouts. I have improved my form, especially with bar lifting and squats. I feel physically stronger and fitter; my body doesn’t ache as it used to, and I no longer become out of breath. I am motivated to continue training and realise I enjoy working out; I just needed the right Trainer.
Coach Q took time to develop a programme that works for me and implements modifications when needed. He is always positive and encouraging, and he has been vital in my health and fitness journey.

Time training with Q: 3+ Years
Q is an outstanding coach, training with him week-in-week-out is extremely enjoyable and there is a lot of variety to the sessions.
Q approach is very scientific and tailored to his clients and there is a big emphasis on technique, form and instilling the foundations.
Since training with Q, I have achieved considerable improvements over the past past 3+ Years, not only with how I look, but also an increased performance on strength. I have progressed from only being able to do pull-ups with assisted bands to pull-ups with added weights. The volume of weight and my endurance have also followed the same trajectory. Thanks to Q’s dedication we have also been able to remove historic muscle imbalances, whilst continuing to achieve new PBs.
