Olga is an accomplished Executive Coach with a passion for working with individuals and teams through a period of change. She has been developing her coaching skills by studying and working with clients over the last 10 years, and have achieved Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialing level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Known for her deep cross-cultural appreciation, integrity, and an open, engaging coaching style, Olga is dedicated to helping individuals lead fuller lives and make meaningful contributions to both their professional endeavours and the lives of those around them.

Olga’s area of special interest is helping leaders in large corporations “get unstuck”, whether in the realms of career or leadership development, desire to understand personal values and purpose or recalibrating work-life balance.

Olga's diverse career has spanned roles in a large international Non-Profit Organisation, a Foreign Government Public Affairs Office, an international advertising agency, FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies, and an international telecom company. Originally from Belarus, Olga has worked and studied in various global contexts, including Belarus, the USA, Germany, Russia, the Netherlands, and the UK, where she currently resides. Throughout her corporate journey, Olga has operated at small market, lead market, regional, and global levels, contributing her expertise as a member of numerous regional and global leadership teams. Her recent roles include serving as Group Head of Communication. Olga has a reputation for developing high performing teams and creating a fun environment to work in.

Olga holds a BA in Linguistics from Minsk State Linguistic University and an MA in Public Administration from the University of Minnesota, USA. Olga also received an MBA in Management for Central and Eastern Europe from the European University of Viadrina in Germany.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Olga is a passionate hiker who finds solace in nature.

Fluent in a number of languages, she conducts coaching sessions in both English and Russian.
