I was fed up with the corporate world and having to deal with other people's agendas all the time. I love working for myself and the variety of people I meet and work with.

I am very clear on what is required to go on this journey. I don't waffle and I won't promise something I can't deliver.
My main focus is to help people be the best "them" they can be. I don't have any other focus. After many years of Coaching I wanted to gain a qualification to provide some reassurance and I have recently completed my Masters in Coaching.
I have over 30 years experience in Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Team Management and Leadership in very large businesses. I have therefore seen or been involved in most of the situations clients are experiencing, whether that is a being at a career cross roads, struggling with a particular person at work or understanding how to make a team gel together.

I am able to deliver sessions online, remote or Face to Face. I use MS Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, whichever the client feels most comfortable with. For me Telephone based sessions don't really work.

I now do more online or remote sessions but am happy to meet face to face. If the client wants to meet Face to Face but is nervous about infection I am happy to wear a face mask or arrange a session with more distance.
