After a few years of damn near inactivity, I decided to get serious about my health and fitness. Searched for 1-to-1 personal trainers in London and Bark popped up.
Harry was the first PT to get back to me, responsive and professional from the get go assured me that the consultation was worth a try. It went smoothly - Harry was genuinely curious about my motivations for doing this, all the while analysing my body function’s ‘current state of affairs’ and prudently taking notes. He responded to all questions well, showing he knew a thing or two about the science and psychology of staying fit and healthy. Not your regular gym bro, check. Cares about his clients and their goals, check. Well educated and in great shape himself, check.
Four months on and I haven’t looked back. I’m now in this for the long run, because I know that it takes time and consistency. But mostly because of Harry’s approach and focus. He’s on top of my training regime, nutrition, sleep and state of mind. I’ve gone from down in the dumps to feeling well and alive again. This renewed energy is helping me make strides in my personal life, relationships and all, as well as my professional life, career and building a strong financial future. We train hard, enjoy it along the way, and chat everything from getting in shape to business and life.
I can say with absolute certainty that this guy is going places. He’s ambitious and humble, a powerful mix, and I’m determined to keep him in my corner for as long as possible.
