AVOID.I asked for 2 men to bring my new 2seater sofa less than 4miles and take my old one away and was quotes over £140,then he reduced it to £95 in cash. when the van arrived he went to my next door neighbours house 1st,then as there was only 1man he said he couldn't get the sofa inside my ground floor flat and refused to take my old one away as he reckoned he couldn't get it past the coffee table and so he just dumped the new sofa outside the door didn't even give me a plastic tarpaulin to cover it or anything. I'm disabled and was totally unable to lift it myself.my new sofa was ruined by the bad weather and traffic,I can't put it in the lounge because the old ones still there ,disgusting "service"& quite frankly CLEAN PANDA ONLY CLEANS OUT HIS CUSTOMERS POCKETS More...

Dear Sir, We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our service. Albeit, the distance in question was 8.7 miles, not 4. We did not charge you full price, only for delivering...Only £55. The reason we could not take old? -Is because we cannot move furniture into your house if it is loaded... We remain at your disposal. Kind regards Clean panda
