Very unprofessional business, we had used the services for a number of months and upon parting ways they started acting very childish not responding to messages and refusing to return our house key. The costing structures are overly complex with some money being paid centrally and others being paid directly to the cleaner, where at times the cleaner asked us to pay in cash... which was incredibly inconvenient (not to mention slightly suspicious). Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Most of our clients prefer to use their own cleaning products and vacuum cleaner as this ensures that there isn't cross contamination from other peoples homes - for example dog hairs on the vacuum cleaners roller - and also ensures that their house is cleaned with products they like. If you would prefer for the cleaner to provide the cleaning products please discuss and agree this with the cleaner when you talk through your requirements with them (the cleaner will probably charge extra for providing the products).

Hello, my name is Roger Johnson and I am the owner for Cleanhome Haywards Heath. My 30 years in the travel industry has taught me that for business to succeed, it must maintain a constant high level of customer satisfaction. I am pleased to be part of Cleanhome, as I know we share this key value.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my first cleaning business, Cleanhome, when I was 50 and wanted a better quality of life while maintaining a successful career.

Domestic Cleaning - what we offer to you and your home
Regular Weekly Home Cleaning Service:
When we meet you we can advise on how long it will take to clean your house, taking into account how you like it to be cleaned. That's the beauty of the way we work - we appreciate that not all homes are the same - the same shoe doesn't fit all clients! We will also take into account your budget and work out the best possible plan for you.
Regular Fortnightly Home Cleaning Service:
This is similar to the weekly service, but not exactly the same. Whereas with weekly you might expect the whole house to be cleaned from top to bottom, with fortnightly cleaning some jobs might be put on a different schedule. Your cleaner will help you decide what's best for you and your home according to what your priorities are.
Spring Cleans:
Imagine coming home to a house that has been cleaned from top to bottom!
We do offer Spring Cleaning, but only to our regular clients. This might, for example, take the form of a thorough deep clean of your house once a year - possibly even in the Spring, but not necessarily! You will arrange this directly with your cleaner - we do not even need to even be involved. In other words, spring cleaning is less per hour than your normal regular cleaning. We think this is a major benefit of the Cleanhome way of doing things.
