Mr Proud was very professional and charming. A very efficient upholstery cleaning procedure and I am well pleased.

A good experience. they were polite very friendly efficient. they were asked to remove a bad stain which they did initially but once the carpet dried a faint shadow remained, this was acceptable. Clean&Proud gave me an exceptional service. Andy called with a few minutes of my enquiry, he was able to come the same morning. The speed in responding to my request was excellent. I spoke with Andy on the phone yesterday afternoon he answered my questions and came this morning. Really pleasant chap. Knowledgeable and skilled. Really helpful. 3 rooms done in a couple of hours. Machine was outside and used x long hoses so no noisey stuff in the house caused minimum impact to the house and we could operate easily around Andy.

I used Andy from Clean & Proud to clean four high quality rugs in my home yesterday, having reviewed quotes from three other firms. I chose him because he has his own business and has many years of experience. He has also invested in his business with the most up-to-date equipment.
