We used Hashtag cleaning for our end of tenancy clean. The communication throughout the process was great and we were very pleased with the service that was provided. The cleaning supervisor arrived on time, and we did a tour of the flat together so we could point out any areas that needed specific attention. The team of two cleaners also arrived promptly, and worked for 4-5 hours. Mya was an awesome lead of the team in the cleaning of my brother's flat. Though not the cheapest option the quality really was outstanding and transformed a residence from one that had been empty for close on a year and a half to one that you could move straight into. Hashtag Clean were called in to undertake a whole house pre-sale clean. They had their work cut out at the property as it had been empty for a while before going on the market and was looking a bit sorry. They transformed the place! They did everything from cleaning the windows inside and out, washing down the weatherboarding, soffits, fascias and garage, through to a full internal clean including appliances and carpet cleaning. Hashtag are simply the best cleaning company we have ever used, they carry out approximately 50 end of tenancy cleans for us between July and September when our student house tenancies come to an end. I recently moved house and found on arrival at the new property that the previous owners had left it in such an unclean state that my wife was refusing to stay in the house. I contacted Hashtag Clean who sent 4 delightful people to my house the next day who worked a really full 7 1/2 hour working day at the end of which the house was refreshed and clean. I was put in touch with Hashtag Clean to clean my soon to be vacating apartment to a professional standard and I must say they didn’t fail. Their attention to detail left everything looking as good as new, including the more difficult bits around the oven, cooker hood and even the filters. As I wasn’t present I had to trust them to enter the flat and clean on their own. Even when they weren’t able to complete a certain task on the first day they called me to notify me and made it their priority to return first thing the very next day to complete it. The service from Jordan and his team was second to none as I needed lots of requotes due to difficulties with my departing tenant.
