What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is seeing those light bulb moments when a child suddenly understands something they’ve been struggling with. With a background in psychology, I’m fascinated by how children learn and develop. It’s incredibly rewarding to support them through key stages—helping them grow in confidence, think independently, and reach their potential.
