Classic scaffolding limited

I hired this company for a roof job in February. The scaffolding is still at my property 3 months later. This scaffolding company promises after promises to remove and didn’t turn up again yesterday. Scaffolding should be inspected every week. It’s been up 3 months no one has come near nor by. My neighbours are complaining. It’s a security risk for our home too.
