I work with mums, mums to be or simply women who hate the gym.
If you hate the gym I give a safe space to learn to love exercise and feel super confident whilst also getting really strong.
If you’re a pregnant woman or have just had a baby, I am here to help you keep a bit of you whilst you’re pregnant and regain your strength once baby is here.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I support them in getting strong and help them to find exercise fun. You can always do so much more than you think!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
This question bothers me. I want to help my clients find a healthy lifestyle. Health looks different person to person. I want to help get you to a point where you have a good balance and feel strong and confident.
I strongly dislike any fad diets as they aren't teaching you how to live healthily, making it impossible to create lasting change! This where you end up yo yo dieting and often, hating yourself for 'failing'. You haven't failed, you've simply not been given the tools you need. Also, did you know that your body is biologically programmed to put lost weight back on within 2 years of losing it?
By making small, incremental changes to your diet, finding a type of exercise you enjoy and staying consistent you will be well on your way to making a sustainable new lifestyle where you will likely end up with a body you are happy with and being able to maintain it!
What do you love most about your job?
This is a hard question because there are so many things I love about it but I think my favourite is showing clients they're stronger than they think they are, which in turn makes them feel really good about themselves. They always leave a session with a sense of achievement.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to work in marketing. I was fortunate enough to have had an incredible career but it wasn't rewarding enough.
After spending years punishing myself with exercise for eating I sought help. I also took being made redundant during Covid as an opportunity to change my career and help other people find a healthy lifestyle and to feel good about themselves.
I also decided to specialise in pre/postnatal because during and after I had my first daughter, I had no idea how to exercise safely and found information conflicting and confusing. I wanted to support other mums to keep a little bit of themselves during pregnancy and after birth.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I care. It really really matters to me that you feel good about yourself. You deserve to. And I'm right there supporting you the whole time, even when we're not together, I'm still just at the other end of the phone. I'm your cheerleader.
For those who like to know about qualifications: I have completed my training using the most reputable and established course available: NASM.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I have my own app, which is perfectly set up to deliver training remotely, however I much prefer to do face to face as I can get to know someone better and I can help teach optimal technique, helping you avoid injury.
