What do you love most about your job?
I love using my own experience as an entrepreneur and CEO to work with leaders to originate and execute strategies which transform their businesses and their own lives. Working with such a wide range of people from startup through to some of the biggest businesses in the world is something I love.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had my own businesses. It isn’t for everyone but having started, built and grown my own businesses before navigating a period with private equity - I just love it. I started CJPI to bring this experience together and to continue my passion for leadership and the science and art behind what makes good leaders great!

Most of our work is delivered remotely for a flexible, cost effective and effective solution for busy leaders and entrepreneurs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of our work is carried out remotely. However, when we do work in person we appreciate that some organisations still have restrictions and alternative practices in place post-Covid, which we seek to understand and adhere to where appropriate.
