Whilst I agree the work of renewing guttering has been finished I do not consider the job itself being completed. I wanted to pay against an invoice but was informed they do not issue invoices. I paid by BACS into a personal account with the promise that I would receive a schedule of the work undertaken which I could then file in my household records. It takes 2-3 weeks to Germinate And 6-8 weeks to grow it as only been 2 weeks It takes time For a full Lawn to grow From grass seed

James and Creddy were prompt, friendly and tidy and did a great job fixing our garden gates. We're definitely going to call them back next time we need some maintenance work.

I wanted a one-off tidy for my garden which had become a jungle. They were reliable and polite and did a really good job.

A very prompt response from James. He was polite and very pleasant and happy to take time to discuss our requirements. James and his son cleared a thorn hedge and put up a fence and panels for us. They weren't the cheapest, but it was worth paying a little more than we expected to have people who felt reliable and trustworthy, and knew what they were doing. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because we didn't get a proper estimate until the day they finished, and it was written out on a rough bit of paper. What they charged was what they had quoted over the phone, but I would have liked it in writing, before work started. Having said that they were good workers and they took away all the rubbish. I had a swift response and they were able to fit me in rapidly. Communication was good, They were willing to dispose of garden waste and take payment by bank transfer. Price was mid field of 3 quotes and they were flexible about returning to do regular maintenence,
James and Carl turned up as agreed and did exactly as asked. They worked swiftly but carefully and cleared up to an exemplary degree. They were happy to work with my interference so I plan to use them regularly from now on.

C&J property maintenance were invited to make my front and back garden easier for me to maintain.

I had waited awhile on two different sites These two experts came in from C J property maintenance and saved part of our 8ft fence from being replaced, They repaired it even stronger than it was before excellent service came early and got the job done in good time.

Our contact with James, from C&J Property Maintenance, via phone initially and then a visit to us for a quotation was very positive. He was polite, considerate, understanding of our needs and knowledgeable about the service he was offering, being genuinely interested in our vision and project. He and his colleague Freddie, were on time and very hard working, completing the fabulous transformation of our two gardens ahead of time. They were both happy and enthusiastic and their demeanour remained that way throughout their visit. They were both able to offer suggestions, ideas and advice to get the most out of gardens and with the next stage of work to be done. We will be asking them back to continue with our garden project.
