What do you love most about your job?
Keeping clients happy and providing a good service is important to me. Every project has unique opportunities, and exploring them together with the client can be a very rewarding part of the job. Sometimes it takes a little while to find the best option.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have combined employed work with my own work for many years, and formally set up my own company a few years ago. For some time I combined my work with part-time work for another architectural practice where I worked as project architect for large high-end residential project. This combination has given me a range of experience and allows me to work cost-efficiently on smaller projects.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should get a few quotes and speak to several architects, and choose one they feel will best suit their needs and they get on with. Sometimes it's difficult to compare quotes as they may not be comparing like for like, there is no prescribed standard service anymore.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, if the clients already have a survey or can commission one. However my preference would be to make at least one visit - there is no real substitute for an in-person visit to a property or site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
This isn't so much an issue anymore, I'm fully vaccinated and prepared to socially distance should clients wish.

We have experience in many London Boroughs and Conservation Areas, and also with Listed buildings. In some cases planners require additional reports by other consultants.
Technical Design
Includes co-ordination with structural engineer and possibly other consultants if required, Building Regulation drawings, Construction drawings
Tender Negotiation
Preparation of documentation for tender, Advice on tender returns and choice of contractor, Help in drawing up a suitable contract before work starts
Contract Administration
This is the architects involvement during the construction stage up until handover,
