Very bad experience , lots of mistakes not follow through coding me thousands of pounds and wasting time

I am really disappointed with my experience with Cigma accounting. I approached them for a relatively small and very low complexity job. I had to chase multiple times, the work they conducted was inaccurate and of poor quality. When I raised my concerns I was ignored for weeks. I did not trust Cigma initially as I have come across many accountants firms who present themselves as brilliant! So when you get in touch with them they want to know that you are a straight-forward client, then they either take you on their books, or they are not interested. OR they hike up their costs if it's anything out of the ordinary. When I actually got on board with Cigma (I was a pain in the *ss because my old computer could not work with their IT systems). I was surprised to find how patient and solution-finding support they offered. I really like them! They have gained my trust enough for me to approach them in February (when they have calmed down from 31st Jan deadline) to ask for an appointment about complex tax issues around foreign investment sales, and advice related to pension/retirement, and financial planning around those tax implications. I had a very frustrating experience with CIGMA ACCOUNTING LTD. Their communication was poor, with emails and calls often going unanswered for weeks. When they did respond, the advice given was either unclear or incorrect, leading to delays and additional costs on my end. I also found their approach to be unprofessional and disorganized. Several documents were misplaced, and deadlines were missed without explanation. I expected much more from an accounting firm, especially considering the trust and financial responsibility involved. I have been using Cigma accounting for almost 10 years. In my view, it is one of the best accountancy firms in the UK including the big multinationals as PWC- Deloitte etc. What's makes them so good is the continues pursuit of improvement and development on the accountancy front, but also, focus in customer service. Continuous pursuit of improvement makes Cigma ACC a pioneer on almost every field of their business. This being legislation changes or using AI in accounting! Secondly, by having the customers needs on the forefront of their business, they actually take time to discuss and explain how things work to their client and ensure the best results for your business. Very disappointed with this company. I always tend to have a positive approach and give people second chances, so the first few months I thought they were just adjusting and learning things about my business but I was wrong. Calls were rarely returned, junior accountants never knew what was going on and had to explain things over and over again. Picked up on multiple mistakes and had a few conversations with Haroon who promised to solve issues by never did. I "had to stay with them until I completed one year as I had paid them to do the accounts and did not want to lose the money. Now that I have a new accountant I cannot understand how I could have possibly stayed with Cigma for that time. They do not know how to treat a customer, be prompt and thorough. I am certain lots of reviews here are fake so this is how they lure clients (included me). They took months to do my accounts, and LOTS was wrong! Shameful - I never write bad reviews but I honestly don't want anyone to fall in their trap! All they are interested is making money and that's it! Stay away. More...

I do like CIGMA Accountancy they are prompt on their service, however, my reason for a average score is as follows: 1. Constantly requesting payment of their invoice despite not even completing or starting the accounts. Annoying to be asked to pay invoices, when l've always paid on time. 2. After speaking with some “accountants” who were more focused on scaring me and advising very expensive services, which I’ve found now, unnecessary, I found CIGMA Accounting via Bark.
