Hi Mark, I’m sad to see this review. I have said to you that my preference was to fulfill the remaining sessions and I also offered you a complimentary session but that you are welcome to have the money back if you prefer. Also, to address your other comment about checking my phone - unlike a lot of other person trainers, I take pride in planning out every session in advance and putting a lot of thought into each one. So I reference my plan on my phone during the session and also make notes on the weights used and number of reps achieved so that we can track your progress. This is not the mark of an incompetent trainer but is one of a professional who takes every client seriously. I would still like to resolve this but I haven’t heard from you in a while. Would recommend for individuals at any level of achieved or target fitness as Chris had a great range of regime/sessions that are tailored to the individual. I like the fact he consults on his planned approach and is happy to adapt, and while we have done a number of sessions outdoors he has excellent facilities in his own studio which have been great particularly over winter. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Chris has been brilliant with my teenage son. My son always looks forward to his weekly sessions which are according to my son always really good and varied, he enjoys seeing the progress he is making with his overall fitness and strength, this has been a real boost for his self esteem :-)
Chris is very accommodating and it’s great that he can come to our home or he can use his studio.
