I Never want to ask for help, or spend money on myself until I am in BIG trouble ….. and that’s when I was recommended Ellie. My Back, hips, neck , knees … was in complete agony , I was embarrassed as I didn’t know what to ask her to help me first I was in such a mess !!!! True to her word that she could help me , I have never looked back , Ellie and her team have worked WONDERS on a body that I never thought could work like this again ! Ellie you are a credit to your industry , as are the two wonderful support staff who carry out the deep tissue massage , it’s amazingly therapeutic!!!! Reception Staff … nothing is too much trouble …. Even welcoming in my 2 year old 49 kg Dobermann when my sitter cancelled at short notice … Chiro culture …. I have been seeing Ellie throughout my pregnancy and I can't thank her enough for the care she has provided. She was there to help alleviate any aches and pains I had and she has made my pregnancy so much more comfortable. Ellie's friendly and professional approach always put me at ease, and I left every session feeling so much better. I am super glad I found ChiroCulture, they have helped get me half marathon ready when I had some old injuries flare up, they have put my sprained knee right after the dog knocked me over and Karen has helped a lot with her message. Brilliant practice! I was suffering with sciatica following a knee replacement. Ellie completely sorted it out for me. Such a relief. I’ve been going to Ellie for some time now and I also have great results after leaving my sessions, but Friday was a game changer. I have been experiencing hip/ groin pain and also tightness in the jaw. So Ellie got to work as usual on my body and then she released tension on my jaw and I kid you not since that the pain has left my hip/ groin. I have been going to ChiroCulture for near four months now and it’s hard to sum up the positive impact. The thorough examination included an x-ray which identified a key issue and we started a program of treatment to support. There is now a visible difference (a lump at the base of my neck is not as pronounced) and I feel so much better in myself. I can honestly say I highly recommend ChiroCulture and Dr Ellie, I was in so much pain, not able to run or exercise before I found ChiroCulture. I have been on a 12 wk plan and it’s the best thing I have ever paid for, our bodies need looking after and I neglected mine through running and weights, not stretching enough, not enough warm up or cool downs and ended up in pain. I couldn’t walk down the stairs forward I had to side step! Now 12wks later seeing Dr Ellie and also Karen the sports massage therapist and I am back to 5k runs, spinning and have proper warm up and cools downs, strength exercises to keep building my core strength and I can now walk down stairs forwards without pain. Highly recommended Pregnancy massage with Evie! I have been struggling with lower back pain, pelvic girdle pain and general tightness on my upper back and legs due to pregnancy and working long hours. After my first treatment I could already feel the benefits in my body, I was able to move more freely and most importantly pain free! It was also very relaxing and restorative so I booked a second treatment right away… every pregnant woman should treat herself to it, our bodies goes trough so much and looking after it with these treatments makes such a difference. I had an recurring injury which truly made my life challenging. The impact on just getting on with my day and well-being was at times intense to unbearable, to say the least. Before I met Doctor Ellie, I was struggling to get out of bed; the pain was so strong and my mental outlook was also suffering. Was in a dark place. I was very sceptical that anyone could "fix" me. After my consultation, where she listened to me very carefully, Ellie said "we have a plan". And she did. Today, after seeing her regularly, not only my physical well-being but my mental health is wonderful. I'm glad to still be alive. The dreadful pain I was in has dissipated. She is currently treating me for hip pain and has explained why this has occured. I would recommend anyone in pain to see Doctor Ellie. She is amazing. You won't regret it. Having struggled with ongoing neck pain for some time I made a series of appointments with Ellie. Ellie created a personal treatment plan for me identifying areas to work on. Not only do the sessions offer relief and strengthen areas in general, Ellie provides me with additional exercises I can use at home myself to help maintain wellbeing and build better long term resilience in the areas causing pain. I plan to continue visiting to maintain this progress even when I've completed my current treatment plan.
