To begin with, I offer a free initial telephone consultation of around 20 to 30 minutes. Clients then go forwards deciding from there how it will work for them.

I have extensive experience as a clinician, in many different healthcare settings.

I offer therapy via a mix of modes; telephone, online, and I understand it might not be possible for some clients to travel to the lovely Limes venue, in Saint Neots, Cambridgeshire - all modes are effective, so whichever mode suits you can be worked out.

Clients contact me looking for support with anxiety, stress, post-traumatic stress, difficulty sleeping, and other matters, to seek help for their wellbeing. It's a brave step for anyone to start talking about what they want from therapy. The initial telephone call will naturally inform how we go forwards from there.

As well as therapy sessions, I can also offer therapeutic audio-recordings, which are individualised for you, and you can then listen to them whenever you want to.
