How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work around clients routines/commitments ensuring the gym isn’t just a chore it’s something they can incorporate in to every day life .

Mindset ?
It’s okay starting something with the right intentions but you need to make sure your heads in the right place to want to carry on.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to work with people who have chosen to work with me on a day to day basis ?. Clients become like family and I love catching up with them on a weekly basis ! No day is ever the same and I get to choose my own hours!
What inspired you to start your own business?
All my life I was told I was average , the jobs I started out in were all minimum wage jobs , the tasks we had to do really were the worst of the worst . When I first started working in a gym one of the tasks we got given was to scrub the rust off the machines with a toothbrush , it was grim but I did it and the more time I was spending on the gym floor the more I was engaging with customers which eventually led to me teaching classes etc.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Clients are encouraged to stay at home if they test positive for Covid . We have cleaning equipment at the gym such as wipes and blue roll to prevent spread.
