At first I was extremely hesitant at trusting anyone with my job. I spoke to Charlie Scott PD and then met with agents called Jay and Lauren in person. Jay was extremely friendly, polite and professional and immediately I begin to feel at ease. We discussed how things would proceed , I was given a timeline et cetera.
