Can't recommend enough! I have been part of Charles' online cohort for the last 6 months and the personalised attention and support I receive makes all the difference. He's incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me feel comfortable and confident in my fitness journey.

Charles is a top level coach with highly productive and rewarding training sessions. I have been working with Charles for 6 months now and I’ve benefited enormously from training in the gym with him as well as our high intensity boxing sessions. I got in touch with Charles after letting go - lock down and babies weren’t too kind to my body and decided it was time to “bounce” back! After countless attempts of self motivation, accountability and confidence I got in touch with Charles to help me. I found him to be consistent, reliable and honest. The sessions are tailored and varied to suit my needs and all along the way I feel supported and able to train safely. Personal Trainers

I’ve worked with Charles for the last three months. He has been personable, motivating and a pain to work with… lol!! He always sees your capacity for more and pushed me to reach new goals, never in competition with anyone else other than myself.

He gave me workouts that I initially thought was too hard, thinking there was no way I could do them but he guided me through until (even though I complained all the way!) I was able to do them seamlessly.

He made me laugh at myself, myth busted my ideas about fat and even challenged the thoughts I had about my own body image.

I worked with a few personal trainers before but Charles has been hands down the BEST one yet! I can’t wait to work with him again and now my friends have seen my results- they can’t wait to book! Book him NOW. You won’t regret it.

After suffering from chronic lower back pain for years I was unable to undertake strenuous exercise. Once my physio gave me the all clear to do moderate and restricted exercise I decided to contact Charles. I needed a trainer who would understand my limitations, but also assist in my rehabilitation and return to exercise. I knew that if I trained on my own I would risk further injury so I needed to have appropriate training planned and a person to monitor me.

Sessions were tailored to meet my specific rehabilitation needs. Charles also challenged me within my injury capabilities but made sure there was no risk of damage to my back.

I can’t thank Charles enough and I highly recommend him. The professionalism and passion for what he does is second to none. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Charles who was easy to get along with. All of the hard work paid off and I’m extremely happy with the way I look as I haven’t felt this fit or healthy for years!

Qualified boxercise coach.
Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers.
Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.
