What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people make changes in their lives and how rewarded they feel when they overcome problems that have been bugging them for years, sometimes almost all their life. I like sharing business insights and some fantastic tools and techniques i have learnt over the years such as Neuro Linguistic Programming, NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, CBT coaching and hypnotherapy,
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being made redundant three times in various recessions led me to decide to be in charge of my own destiny and although sometimes it's challenging there is change and excitement every day as I never know who may pick up the phone to call me....I've been on Tv, radio and in the press when I least expected it and won a travel award to spend time in Australia with the Winston Churchhill fellowship as a result of a Princes Trust volunteer programme.
