Not a happy bunny all I needed was brambles to be cut and weeding because I have been in hospital 😔 and my partner said to have the front to have new chippings to be laid so we had that done we don't have a lot of money and when I mentioned the weeding all he wanted was to put pestercide down but all one did was pull a few weeds up and left the rest

I wanted brambles cut down which they did and a fair bit of weeding which one lad did a bit but all he was concerned about was doing the small front garden with pebbles which was good jobber other than that not happy I have just come out of hospital couldnt do the work myself so as I said I'm not happy chappy .ajones.

Overall, pretty bad. I would not recommend and would never hire them again. Did not complete all the work that had been agreed (they would claim misunderstanding but this was NOT the case). Work they did complete was low to average quality, poor attention to detail, claimed I had a wasps nest when there were 2 wasps flying around, left a mess inside and outside the house, left some garden waste in my dustbin when it was agreed they would remove all waste. Also, expensive. Not a good experience tbh. More...

Hi nicky i did talk to you about the problem i did mention the power washing before i gave you the quote on the weeds around the back you did go over the Quotation receipt that clearly states grass cutting and all what you had to be cut down only i will put the photos before and after up on here and my partner must have put about 2/3 weeds from your front area in the bin really sorry about the missunderstanding.

I wish to amend a review which I posted earlier in which I said that Green Oaks had overturned a water butt. They claim that it was already overturned so I withdraw that assertion

Friendly but expensive and attention to detail appalling

There work was very shoddy and they did not do what they were susposed to do they only cut one side of my fence at the top of the garden . they said they were putting sand on the paving slabs they did not .they said they would put down weedkiller they did not. I gave them a week to come back and rectify it .they have not even answered my message very disappointed.xx More...
