I spoke to Century roofing to get a quote to repair our damaged guttering. They had it fixed by the next morning! Really grateful and our tenant was very happy to have it fixed so quickly. Firstly i want to thank Joe and his team for the amazing work they carried out on our property, we had various quotes from a selection of " professionals " who couldnt even explain the issues with our current roof which was abandoned by a previous company and the quotes were extortionate. Joe and his team straight away found the issues and explained in detail to us where it had been installed incorrectly and gave us options to work with our budget for corrections to be put into place and now we have got an outstanding property and we are going to be using Century Roofing for all future projects. What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for different businesses who never seemed to tick certain boxes for me when it came to putting the client first, it was all down to how much money they could make and not how they can work with the client and do their best to keep them happy. I realised I was different and wanted to treat people how I would want to be treated.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have a highly professional, experienced team and we keep our costs low without compromising quality. We are friendly and approachable and we take pride in our work.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
At the time we made sure all of our team wore masks and gloves and all communication was kept via telephone either calls or messages. We regularly test and stay sanitised throughout the week.
