We had our family home on the market for few months after we moved. Despite of renovation including carpeting and painting it was not getting sold. We realised it is possibly because a big property being completely empty made people not to see them in the house. One of my colleagues suggested the idea of home staging and we decided to give this a go. During initial discussion Jane put me at ease and answered all my questions in detail how the process works. She looked into the property on web and designed from there. She send me draft after consulting me about choice of colours. She staged the property on time as agreed . It looked fabulous. After it went into the market we had several viewings and received 2 offers in short period of time. It was like a magic . I now believe it is worth spending the money on staging for a quick sale. What’s your interior design process?
I am more a home restyle and property staging company. I will either in person or virtually visits your property. Discuss your requirements. Then provide my quotation. Upon acceptance I will either simply consult and guide, OR provide my luxury home staging service.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Whichever style is required, from contemporary to rustic, traditional to industrial. I am keen to provide the clients style preference.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping sellers and renters acheive a fast and profitable result !! Listening to the clients brief, chatting the end result and seeing the owners happiness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved interiors and the possibilities of how they can be made beautiful.
