First time using CDM locksmiths and will defiantly be using Chris again and would highly recommend him to everybody.

Had a multi point lock that was no longer locking and had several handy men check it and no one could solve the issue.

Chris solved the problem within the hour and the lock works perfect now.

Chris came to replace a white handle on my back door with a chrome one. Unfortunately my door is so old standard handles wouldn't fit. Chris searched suppliers for me and kept me up to date with possible replacements. He returned the following week to fit the new one. He worked so hard as it all had to be filed down to fit.
The new handle is great. It has made the door look amazing.

Chris was polite, helpful and flexible. I needed a part ordered in, so he provided me with a replacement lock for the time being and came to fit my new lock as soon as it arrived. Very friendly and would use again.

Chris arrived at our house within 20 minutes of our enquiry phone call. Fixed our lock issue with ease and explained why it happened and how to stop it from happening again.

I asked Chris to repair the locks on both my French doors, and my external kitchen door.
Thought it may be a case of ordering parts, waiting a few days (worrying about securing the property), plus the actual day waiting around whilst the work was carried out.
Not at all!!!!!
All sorted the same day!
He’d taken the locks apart, found out what was wrong and done all the leg work right away. I was back out in time for the school run, able to easily lock all the doors (which was definitely not the case before).

Amazing service from this company. Many other Locksmiths had refused to quote, as the part we needed was hard to find.
