What do you love most about your job?
Helping people get unstuck and move forward with confidence as their authentic selves! Seeing the transformation in my clients, using the Paseda360 methodology, is why I love coaching.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been coaching informally in my previous profession since 2016 and loved it. I had started setting up my coaching practice early 2020 and had to shelve it because of the uncertainty the covid pandemic brought. But timing is a funny thing. The right time came in 2024 when I retrained as Paseda360 coach and started building my business. I officially ended my previous career in September and have been self-employed since. I love the freedom it brings to create my own vision for my business and the direction I want to take it in. It's been hard work, but with it has brought a lot of new skills and heaps of creativity I didn't know I had. I think this makes me a better coach as I've gone through that transformation process and the identity change that comes with changing professions and employment status. My coaching work is incredibly rewarding!

I hold online sessions on any package. I usually hold in-person sessions at my Cardiff-based coaching room on full priced packages, although this is open to discussion to serve my clients needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Sanitation facilities are available at my practice. Clients experiencing Covid symptoms can revert to online sessions with at least 24 hours notice.

I also provide tailored tools for you to work with until our follow up session.
This is a rapid, powerful, but very gentle coaching method and it will free you up from that stuck feeling that is preventing you from moving forward in life.

Client Case Study Coaching Package
I am currently advancing my Paseda360 credentials with my Master Practitioner Diploma, which will enhance my Transformational Executive Coaching provision. As part of this, I am inviting 6 clients to become case studies, undergoing specialised coaching in 2025.
The first part of this coaching is the Stop Being Stuck Breakthrough 2-week programme, available now.
From mid-April 2025 there will be 5 x 90 minute additional specialised executive/leadership coaching sessions.
The first 3 clients to sign up will have the option to have a GC Index profiling session free of charge.
These coaching sessions will be held online (in-person sessions can be arranged subject to a supplementary charge).
You must consent to sessions being written up and/or recorded, for the purposes of supervision and assessment. You must also be willing to provide a client reference to the Paseda360 coaching training academy.
This programme will eventually form part of my Platinum tier full coaching package, which will have an investment rate of £6500.
