How about providing useful management information to enable decision making?

What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to stand up and be counted. I want to really make a difference to my client's business or their personal tax situation.

Yes. I have local clients but I also have clients in Scotland and abroad!
If clients prefer to deal with me by email, phone or zoom only and never want to see me in person that's perfectly OK!
However, I am always happy to make time for client meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Not sure how applicable this is in 2024.
However, we would not meet clients if we have covid and would ask clients to also apply the same.
