Yes — while inspections are done in person, all reports are delivered digitally with photos, summaries, and timestamped evidence, so landlords can review everything remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continue to use sanitiser, wear gloves and masks on request, and follow any on-site safety preferences. Reports are sent digitally, so there’s no physical handover required.

Each report includes the condition of décor, furnishings, cleanliness, and meter readings. We also test smoke and CO alarms during inspections and can fit new smoke alarms if required. Fully insured and experienced, we cover properties across London with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and professionalism.
