Not known callum that long but decided to give it ago training with him so glad I made the move to start training with him here’s a couple of reasons why 1. He doesn’t go on his phone at all during a 1 to 1 session 2. He guideds you through each step and excessise 3. He pushes you until it’s failure 4. You can break a sweat by lifting weights I’m onto my 8th session and I didn’t break sweat lifting weights until I started training with callum He’s not boring he likes to have a laugh my biggest fear was would he laugh at me during training and he doesn’t working together we’ve already lost just over 2 stone and allready he’s becoming a friend allways makes time to train me I’d highly recommend thanks callum for all your hard work 😃 More...

I have been a client of Callum’s for some time now. The first stage in Callum’s process is a consultation meeting where he ascertains what your needs are, this is not some interrogation but more of a friendly chat to see if he is able to help you. In my case he was, we underwent, initially, progressive exercises. This enabled him to understand what I could and couldn’t do. As in my unique case, past injury’s had hugely restricted my movement and affected my everyday life due to pain. Callum complied a regime of which I adhered too and the difference now seen is colossal. The strengthening of the muscles of which Callum identified needed attention has worked wonders for me. I have complete trust in him and his process. When I question why are we doing this he will answer and explain the benefits in great detail. I no longer see training with Callum as an gruelling task (though he will push you beyond your limits) but more so as seeing a friend who’s there to help me out. Been training with Callum for 4-5weeks now. every training session is different and a real shock to the body. Always working on form and hitting the muscle with most tension. Straight away can feel the body parts working but at end of the session feel absolutely worn out. Demonstrates how to do the exercise and if your form needs adjusting. Patience and consistency is the key, being realistic about the goals and making sure you're accountable.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people discover how satisfying and uplifting it is to accomplish goals in the gym that'll translate to success outside of fitness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a client for many years, I know how it feels to be the one who needs a little help.
The feeling i get when I see the confidence and happiness grow in somebody after being in the gym a little while will always be amazing.
