Stephen joined us in July 2019 and immediately put our accounts onto a secure footing. Our immediate requirement was someone to take over all our bookkeeping requirements, but Stephen has taken the role far beyond that, compiling balance sheet reconciliations monthly for multiple companies, handling bank payments, and compiling valuable management information from unstructured data, as well as accurate and reliable cash flow forecasts across the group.
The care home business has been challenging especially over the last three years and Stephen has been a beacon of calm and reliability in a key area of the business. We feel grateful and lucky to have him as part of our team.
