What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is helping people. There’s nothing more rewarding than knowing I’ve made a real difference — whether that’s reducing someone’s stress, bringing clarity to a chaotic situation, or helping a business owner feel back in control. It gives me great satisfaction to know I’ve added value and helped someone take a positive step forward. Every project is an opportunity to support someone’s success, and that’s what drives me every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During my time in employed roles, I saw first-hand how easily small and medium-sized businesses could lose money — not because they lacked ambition or hard work, but because they didn’t have the right processes, systems, or controls in place. I knew I could help. That inspired me to start my own business, so I could support owners in building solid foundations that reduce stress, improve efficiency, and protect profitability. I wanted to be the person who helps turn things around before they spiral.
