Hi Ginny, thanks for your review. You originally contacted us about the waste removal and clearance service hence we duly arrived to complete the job. Whilst there you asked for more things to be done which we were happy to do but advised would take us more time to complete. You became very rude and aggressive and we informed you that after arranging for the garden clearance we would not be attending again. We did not charge for this. We hope you were able to find someone to assist with your extra jobs.

Holiday let waste collection
Holiday lets across Wales must dispose of their waste commercially according to their legal obligations. Bubbles & Bins is a certified waste carrier and provides wheelie bin hire and waste collection services across the region. Weekly or fortnightly bin collection direct from your cottage. We can provide the wheelie bins if required and we provide a waste transfer note with photo proof of every collection to help you meet your legal obligations as a commercial waste producer.
Our small, purpose-built van can reach any remote location. All rubbish must be bagged in normal bin-bags. You can simply cancel any weeks the collection is not required.
The waste is taken to a waste transfer facility where it is then sorted and recycled - there is no need for different bins with different rules! This keeps it simple for guests and easy for you. The waste transfer facility has a 95% recycle rate which reduces the amount going to landfill.
Hot tub servicing
Hot tub owners are legally obligated to demonstrate their hot tub is well cared for and does not pose a health risk to guests.
Our annual service covers the following tasks:
-Remove & clean (or replace) filters
-Perform a full drain down and chemical flush
-Cleaning of the entire hot tub including, jet internals, cabinets and cover
-Check all seals
-Full inspection of all electrical components such as heaters and flow sensors
-Full inspection of pumps
Full inspection of sanitation systems such as UV and Ozone

Broken curtain rail that needs fixing? Guests have broken the bed? Give us a call and we'll be there ASAP helping you to provide a five-star service to your guests.

-Touch up painting
Please note that specialist trades such as electrical or gas-safe work is beyond our scope. However, we can usually diagnose the issue and then arrange the correct trades to attend.
