Customers' smiles :-)! What I love most about bubble.ride is building something that truly puts customers first - going beyond overused slogans and empty promises.
It’s rewarding to create a service that’s reliable, transparent, and actually values loyalty. Plus, I get to connect with great people while shaping something that reflects my vision. What makes it even more special is being part of the local community — creating a service that people in Sevenoaks can rely on, and building something that truly belongs here.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spark. The idea for bubble.ride came from seeing gaps in the taxi scene in the area: a lack of transparency, inconsistent service, and little reward for customer loyalty to name a few. I saw an opportunity to do things differently. Plus, I wanted to build something local, something that genuinely benefits the community while giving me the freedom to shape my own path.
Why should our clients choose you?
Customers are always free to choose what works best for them, so I never liked framing this as ‘why you should use bubble.ride.’ But if you value reliable service—one that offers transparent pricing, rewards loyalty, and provides reasonable comfort — we may be a good option. I’d like to think of bubble.ride as the company that "makes sense".

I wish I could transport you to your destination online, but beyond watching YouTube videos of your destination, I don’t see that happening anytime soon. For now, bubble.ride is all about real-world travel—reliable, transparent, and rewarding. You can book online, but the ride itself is strictly offline!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
bubble.ride wasn’t around during the pandemic, but cleanliness is always a priority. Our vehicles are kept clean and well-maintained. If needed, our drivers can also wear a mask upon request. Plus, we offer fully contactless payments—whether online or on-site with a card reader—so there’s no need to handle cash.
