Party Wall Surveying and Advice
Our Party Wall Surveyor (with 30 + years experience - a Fellow of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors), can act on behalf of the Building Owner, the Adjoining Owner, or as a 'Joint Agreed' surveyor for both parties.
We also offer Party Wall Risk and Applicability Assessments (£295 + vat) - in many cases the work is just too minor and low-risk for the Act to apply. In such cases, our assessment can reassure an anxious neighbour.

Crack Diagnosis
With over 30 years' experience of crack inspections and structural failure diagnosis, our senior Subsidence Consultants (structural engineers / building surveyors) can inspect and report on your problem.
