We love buildings and structures but found that we weren’t getting as much enjoyment in the corporate world.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
In some cases, yes. For example if you have architectural drawings we can work from or are confident in providing us any information we need then, yes, we can work remotely.
However, for surveys or inspections, we would need to attend the property.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We will always discuss any specific requirements with clients prior to visiting the property. During Covid 19, we offered more remote services and trialed remote surveys via zoom & other video call applications. Our engineers also carried face masks, overshoes, gloves and hand sanitiser
Structural Survey

With one of our Structural Surveys, Structural Inspections or Structural Reports we will tell you exactly what issues you have with your property, what’s causing it, how to fix it and tell you how much it will likely cost to fix it.
This could be super handy if the defect is expensive and may give you some leeway to negotiate on the purchase price.
