I've been training with Ben for 8 weeks now and am thoroughly enjoying it! Ben is a lovely guy and makes every session challenging and fun at the same time. I'm seeing good results already and the training also helps to manage my stress levels. Will be continuing working with Ben for the foreseeable future. Ben is one of the nicest people I know, although I live in west London Ben is always here at 6:30am to train me, so that I can get to work afterwards.
I really have great fun with him although working out is sometimes hard work he still manages to make me laugh.
His attention to detail is very good making sure I'm lifting or exercising in the correct manner
And to top it all he even does a diet plan for me.
I've been using Ben for approximately 18 months now my health fitness and wellbeing have improved immensely I really can't thank him enough.

I have been training with Ben for over two years. I am not a gym freak, I have joined many gyms but never stuck to exercise for more than a few months. But I can honestly say I’d now be lost with out Ben.
I first found him a few months before my wedding. I had trawled through person trainer adverts and had trials with a few, but Ben stood out from the rest. Having been over weight himself in the past he understands how difficult it can be. He is always motivated-even if you are not, and is very good at pushing you forward but only to a point that is within your ability. He has a great sense of humour and makes each session personal and fun. I never feel judged by him, even if I cant do something I may have been able to do previously or if I have eaten a load of rubbish food. He will just continue to encourage me and provide support to get me back on track. He is not push over though!
He trained me to be in my best shape for my wedding, helped me rehab on a shoulder injury and I am now 6months pregnant and we are still training (I did have to stop in my first trimester due to terrible morning sickness).
I never thought this possible but during the period I was not training with him I actually missed it! I have never said that about exercise before!
I highly recommend him to any one.

I’ve had many personal trainers over the years and without a doubt Ben has been my favourite!
Not only is he a fantastic personal trainer but such a lovely, happy, caring person, it is a pleasure to train with him.
I’ve never been a fan of exercise and usually find any sort of gym workout boring and tedious but Ben manages to make it fun and enjoyable, and best of all time really flies!

The workout studio is modern, spacious, clean and offers a variety of different equipment. It is a quiet studio and you will find most sessions, you will have the studio to yourself without other trainers and clients sharing it.
I really enjoy the set up of his studio and it is a fun environment to train.

He is very flexible with dates and times which is always great when trying to fit in training sessions into a busy life schedule.

Ben is very motivating, knowledgable, enthusiastic and has all the qualities a great personal trainer should have. I cannot recommend Ben highly enough if you are looking for a personal trainer.

I had an awesome time training myself. I was exceptionally punctual and I knew exactly what I wanted! I was able to plan my nutrition perfectly to fit my schedule and prepare foods I really liked. I definitely recommend myself to others!! More...

Ben has managed to build back my confidence and fitness so that I can do everything (and more) that I could do before a pregnancy, caesarean and a year of limited sleep. I'm losing that baby weight.

I don't 'clock watch' in my sessions with Ben; each one is never the same. I can tell he has carefully planned and tailored the hour to suit my goals with exercises I will find fun but challenging.

Ben is really knowledgeable, great at motivating and a really nice person too!

I would highly recommend training with Ben. It is great fun, challenging and you see results quickly. Working out for me was difficult because of long hours at work and having a young family but Ben was flexible in his timing and approach and made it work. The nutritional advice was a massive bonus especially when you consider how much you would pay for this alone from some trainers. Ben really cares about you hitting your goals so keeps changing things up and keeps you motivated.

Most importantly you need to enjoy working out and that means enjoying hanging out with the person you’re working out with! Ben is a great guy, good fun, very nice and I always looked forward to catching up with him as much as I was looking forward to our sessions.

Top bloke; great trainer. 6/5 stars from me.

Ben is an absolutely brilliant personal trainer- and probably the coolest one you will ever meet. When we started I had a lot of physical and mental health problems as well as a genuine dislike for exercise, and so I was very anxious and worried I wouldn't enjoy it. However, Ben was so personable that within a short space of time I was addicted! He really listened to my goals and designed a program that not only helped me achieve them but that also fits my personality and needs - for example, I don't like spending hours on the running machine so Ben designed a program that keeps me occupied and engaged, so that it never really feels like exercise. No session is ever the same and Ben is so chatty and down to earth that the time flies by!
He also has a lot of knowledge about nutrition and diet. I have type 1 diabetes and therefore have particular things I have to bear in mind when changing my diet. Ben was able to adjust to this and created a diet plan for me that helped me to optimise my weight loss without it being detrimental to my diabetes. Since starting with him I've lost over a stone and my fitness has increased massively. He's amazing. I'm a big fan.

I strive to achieve a sense of synergy with my clients by attempting to put together programmes that are enjoyable and effective for them and their personalities. With an enjoyable, fun programme comes a strong training relationship with my clients. Once I have discovered what kind of routine works best for that individual, I can use this trust and understanding to push the client to where they need to be, through either nutritional advice and programming, resistance training, cardiovascular work or flexibility training. I am a motivator as well as a mentor to my clients and I offer round the clock support on top of my sessions. I have a wonderful private studio space in Surrey Quays that's ideal for developing functional strength, cardio fitness and flexibility. By training clients here and planning programmes for them to do at home, I always succeed in developing fitness!

Routine. Training is as much psychological as it is physical and this is something I really focus on. To get the body of your dreams, you must listen to your body as well as your mind. Think why you want to achieve something and if you are mentally prepared for it. Once a client is ready, it is all about slowly incorporating a healthy lifestyle so it becomes concrete and maintained. Once behaviour has become consistent, all that is required is the correct advice.

Getting results and changing people's perceptions of health and fitness. My biggest success stories have been with those who came to me having loathed the idea of exercise, who generally have lived very unhealthy lives. I like showing people that fitness can be enjoyable, I never thought I'd find it fun myself as my lifestyle used to be very different, but once you get that rush, that endorphin release, it is easy to get hooked on a different way of life.

In order to gain more experience of the fitness industry, I worked for a fitness studio. Here I got to teach hundreds of classes and gain some real insight. However, I was constantly carrying other members of staff and realised that I could rely on myself but not others. As such, I decided to focus solely on 1:1 training, offering a unique approach to PT. I am extremely dedicated and I have my own vision so it was only right that I should pursue things by running my own business.

I am one of few trainers that has lived an extremely sedentary lifestyle and managed to turn things around, to the extent that no-one can imagine that I was obese just a few years back. I have extensive knowledge of health and fitness as well as nutritional understanding and a degree in psychology. Using this knowledge and experience, I look at an all-round sense of wellbeing when I train people, I think deeply about how I can help those that require my services and I always strive to make every session as exciting and fun as possible. I engage with my clients and develop a strong bond in order to take the journey with them.
