We had a very last minute, very urgent need to file our accounts following illness in our team. Bav was very accurate and thorough, but equally patient and supportive as not everything was immediately available.
I really appreciated working alongside someone who has real passion for helping smaller CICs and organisations, too. Also... submitted ahead of time (something which seemed unlikely when I sent urgent messages!).
