John one of his colleagues re-tiled our kitchen roof and fitted a new flashing kit around the skylight window. We had a small leak which was gradually getting worse and upon inspection John explained what the problem was. He provided photos on his phone during his investigation of the job. The rotten felt and battens were removed and replaced with new ones. The builders who built it had obviously done a bodge job.
