Jay arrived punctually, was very easy to deal with and attended to the leak on the roof efficiently. Jay also shared pics and made suggestions for the Fix and we agreed on a price and Jay did not waste any time in fixing the leak and making good the roof.
Jay was tidy and made sure he cleared up any mess before leaving.

Jay was very responsive and clear with his communication. Once he’d assessed the issue (a leaking skylight) he immediately sources the necessary materials and returned within minutes to fix. Gutter Repairs & Maintenance
I engaged Brooker to clean and fix leaky gutters, downpipes. Minor repairs to water butts, etc.
After a site visit by Jay, I received a quote which I accepted.
Jay arrived promptly and worked diligently despite the downpour replacing seals (not using any silicon quick fixes) and removing the debris from the gutters, etc.
After completing the work Jay advised that the job was not as bad as he first envisaged and charged me much less than he quoted!
Wot? Someone with ethics? Wow!
Needless to say, I have asked Jay to come and visit me annually to ensure gutters, etc., are maintained.
I unreservedly recommend Brookers and Jay! They will be my first point of call for any roofing/gutter jobs!
