Worst roofing company. I have had the displeasure of working with.

Requested a quote and they never bothered to respond.

Total cowboys caused over £2000 damage to the property. 😡🤬

Jamie and his team are absolute time wasters. Kept us waiting for over a week for a simple repair, telling us they'd be with us every day and never showing. Don't bother.

Jamie is very unreliable. Very poor service. Don't recommend!

Had work done last week. Left all the rubbish blocking our drive. We've phoned every day and been assured they're coming that day to remove it yet still not been. Now ignoring calls. DO NOT USE!

Proper fiddler on my roof, worst experience ever!!!!

This place is crazy expensive! We got a quote to do some work on a balcony and flat roof it came to just under £3500, we got the work done by someone else for less than £1000 far quicker than they could have done it and with an amazing result. Jamie arranged to come and quote Saturday at 10.30. I called him at 11.15 and 12.00 he did not pick up. Messaged him but no reply seemed a nice guy on the phone but I would avoid him in future.

Had terrible problems after storm with our flat roof , I contacted British roofing solutions and they came out, quoted a very good price, they kept us up to date with pictures an videos all the way and have done an exceptional job , I would highly recommend them and would 100% use them again in the future, great set of lads .

Friendly guys but reckon i got stiffed on the price. They were only here a very short time. Don't think they put the batten under the slates that they said it needed.
