We had Moss Jet clean our bungalow roof two weeks ago.
It now looks brand new together with one of our neighbours.
They were both full of moss and the birds were having a field day throwing it down onto paths and patios making it quite dangerous. They arrived promptly, covered garden ornaments and bushes with tarpaulins before they started. They were very obliging and courteous and nothing was too much trouble.

The experience was next level. I had spoken to Brett 2 years ago and although he provided a price, I haven’t gone ahead due to personal reasons. But when I rang him last week he was kind enough to stick to the same price given 2 years ago. Later he sent Andrejs and Jain last week to check if they could reach my roof with ladders it looked at bit on the edge they haven’t taken risk and even Brett encouraged them to stick to facts and he arranged a scaffolding tower over the weekend. Today morning Andrejs and Jain arrived exactly on time and did a favours job. They even replaced 6 broken tiles. The communication from Brett through out was really nice. In the end they came to us walked us around made sure we are happy. Even they cleaned the floor with some old clothes they carried although I said I will do it they said it’s their job. Wow! Brett and Steve came to clean our house and garage roof to keep, what we thought, was a re-tiling of the roof job at bay. However, the clean job has been so good that we’ve discovered we don’t need new tiles at all. The roof looks like it’s new and we’ve saved thousands. Brett advised that our roof was really good and had decades left in it. He replaced a couple of roof tiles that had broken. Brett and his Co worker arrived on time on a very wet day. They were both very friendly and helpful and obviously took pride in their job.
I cannot believe the transformation from our previously moss covered roof and dirty gutters and fascias.
It genuinely looks like a brand new roof.
They used a large tarpaulin to capture the moss and any that went slightly astray was totally cleaned up when they had finished.
I would 100% recommend Brett jet to anyone that wants their roof cleaning.

Such a professional job of the roof. It looks like we have a brand new roof. Really dedicated tradesmen who talked us through what they were doing and totally transformed our dirty roof to look brand new.
