About

I am a personal trainer and massage therapist. I have being doing personal training for 10 years. I am based from a private PT studio in the city centre. Its perfect for personal training

I PT 1-1 and 1-2. I have online clients as well if you’re too far away to train in person and I also provide massage to help recovery

Focus on one thing at a time with the long term goal in mind. I use my app to set clients up outside sessions to still be tracking workouts and keep them on the right path

Consistency is key. You can go workout every other day but not have any intensity. If you consistently workout with intensity and are hitting the targets we set out every day then you can’t not succeed

The confidence clients build to go into the gym or even in normal day life is what inspires me. Working out has made me confident in myself so I know the feeling of being proud of what you have achieved and improving the way you look. It then improves everything in your life as you then have more confidence in yourself

I like to control my own path and not have any barriers to succeed. Having my own business has given me the power to help even more clients who I would not have seen in a commercial gym
