Quantity Surveying
We act as the client's Principle Quantity Surveyor to define the scope of works, measure the proposed works, provide early costs for review, procure the project to contractors, negotiate and execute the contract, process interim valuations and review variations, and agree the final account with the contractor at the end of the works.
Project Management
Acting as the client's Project Manager, we curate the project and bring the team together to drive it to completion. Visiting the site, reviewing and approving the works completed, and disputing poor workmanship early to be corrected. We meet with the contractor weekly, formally and informally, and review their reporting and progress on-site. We provide the necessary contractual obligations and assist the QS to review variations and interim payments.
