Boxergy did the installation of my 6.1KW Solar System.
It was a pleasure to have them do the install. Kirsty contacted me well in advance to talk about the location of the inverter and battery and helped answer many questions that I had.
On the day of the install, Robert and Neil got to work installing the panels on the roof and had finished by the afternoon. They were professional and courteous again not minding the lots of questions I had. Meanwhile Jack the electrician did all the internal wiring of the inverter , consumer unit and the batteries.
If I had to do it all again, I would definitely still use Boxergy. I did buy my kit from an external company but the install was subcontracted out to Boxergy.

From that first call to Siobhan (who in turn turned out we knew each other through a previous position). She was most helpful and guided me along the way . I received a visit today from Adam at Boxergy to carry out a routine repair to my air source heat pump.
Not only did he carry out the repair quickly and efficiently, he took the time ensure the rest of system was setup properly.
He provided a great explanation of the operating system and ensured I was able to navigate through the various menus to allow me to make further changes in the future to maximise the efficiency of the system.
Adam is a great addition to the Boxergy team and from a customers point of view, he plays a vital role in setting up these complex heating systems once installed.
We are now looking forward to realising the full benefits of the system with changes he has made.

After having a slow and poor experience with a well known energy supplier who wouldn't listen to my requirements for a solar install I cancelled it and was recommended Boxergy by my neighbour. Right from the initial online enquiry I was contacted by a member of staff who asked for some details and a few photos of my house which I sent out and within a day I had a report to say that there shouldn't be any issues with what I wanted and was given a very competitive quote. I was then given the next steps which were straight forward and a face to face survey was carried out at my property. It was mentioned that I could fit more panels if I wished which I did as the quote was still within the ballpark price from the previous energy supplier. After it was all arranged and the paperwork completed which was carried out by the office staff and each step explained at the same time it took 5 weeks from start to finish for my system to be installed. The installers were curtious and professional as was the electrical sub contractor and it took 2 and a half days to complete with no mess and no fuss. There were a few teathing issues to begin with but these we're quickly rectified by the Boxergy tech team. Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
For heat pump installations our surveyor will visit your property to assess its heating needs and determine the location of key equipment. This usually take about an hour, after this we will send you a firm quote for your system.
For Solar PV & Battery systems we carry out remote video surveys, via "Teams". During the call our expert will discuss various design options the savings they will deliver and their costs. After this call we will send you a firm quotes showing the options we discussed.
Heat Pump Installation
We have installed over 100 Heat pumps systems in almost every type of home in Scotland, including homes with Micro bore tubing. All our heat pump systems are available with 7 year warranties. We are Approved installers of Vaillant, LG & Samsung heat pumps
Solar PV & Batteries
We have installed over 150 systems. we work with tiled, slate, metal & flat roof types. We use premium All Black panels which look great and come with leading warranties. We install both rail mounted and "in roof" systems. We have installed systems with only a few panels to over 30 panels.
We are specialists in battery installation and are Gold Installers with the UKs leading battery brand Alpha ESS. We also install a range of other battery systems.
