I originally booked Elaine for my 40th Birthday party and I made the booking March 2024. She was really helpful and even recommended me a Cake lady. I paid £75 deposit. In September 2024 I text to say due to unfortunate unforeseen personal circumstances I was needing to cancel my party and all services. Every other vendor including the venue, the cake lady, and the balloon lady refunded my deposit. Elaine said she would only refund when the date was booked by someone else. The date being May 2025. I then asked again in October if there was any progress regarding a refund and it was never replied to. I asked again as a final attempt this week and was told no the date was never filled therefore no refund. I replied could half be agreed on due to no service provided and my extenuating circumstances plus the 8 months notice I gave to cancel the photobooth hire. Since Tuesday I have received no reply. I just feel disappointed that the tiny balloon business whose poor son had been in hospital replied to me in September straight away and refunded me but this business is unable to compromise and communicate. I understand that a deposit is 'usually' non refundable. I just feel like I have been ignored and fobbed off and £75 is not a small value for no service to have been received and I don't feel like this business is within their rights to say I will only refund you if the date is filled. If they had reserved the date for me until the week before, I would understand, but I cancelled with 8 months notice. I have brought to a public forum as I feel like I am being ignored via private message and I would not recommend this company on this basis. More...

We hired the Booth & LOVE letters for our Son & Daughter In Laws wedding on the 18th October 2024. We were so pleased with the decision! The rustic letters looked beautiful. The Booth was enjoyed by everyone, young to old! It was a source of so much laughter and the memories we are left with are precious. I was looking for a photobooth for my boyfriends surprise 30th party when Elaine had called me and said all her booths were booked on the night that I wanted but said the magic mirror was free. I had never heard of it but she defo made it sound like so much fun so booked it! And so glad I did it was a massive hit with everyone and Paul was so nice and lots of fun teamed with the mirror.
