I don't believe we should ever have to believe something just because we are asked or told to believe it.
It was during my competition days in snowboarding where I gained eight podiums where two of these were British titles and one podium on skis.
It was during these times is when I fell into this awareness of life after the passing of my beloved brother. And from here to cut a long story short I have had many experiences personally and what I have been able to offer others, which has left me in no doubt that we and the world around us are so much more than what only our physical perception perceives.
The determination, passion and dedication that I put towards competing for my country as an athlete for many years, is now fully directed towards what will now fulfill me for life "in other words fulfilling my soul" and by bringing comfort to many as well as the realization that we are and our perceptions are so much more that only everything that is physical.
Whether it is in my teaching that I offer, demonstrations, one to ones or through being interviewed on live streams or podcasts, my endeavor is to help you bring this realization to yourself through the experience.
I am based in the Higghlands of Scotland, UK but my heart is open to the world.
