This process was carried out with amazing efficiency and at a very competitive price for the amount of work involved. The engineers arrived promptly on the day and worked diligently till midnight to complete the installation on the same day. They also changed 5 radiator valves in this process. I called Boilergurus to address a faulty cylinder installation in my customer’s home in Farnborough, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The team not only efficiently rewired the electrics but also went above and beyond by replacing the old cylinder with a Gledhill cylinder and installing a new Nest system. Boilergurus gave us an amazing service. They were absolutely professional & caring. I have been going through a nightmare insurance process for our flooded bathroom, and they were very knowledgeable to help me through the process as i had never been through a claim before. They gave me options and explained it to me step by step. They also gave me a very detailed quotation and included photos as well to explain exactly what they needed to do. We live quite far away and they still came to see us, late on a sunday. They got back to me whenever I called, even out of hours, and kept me up to date with the plan. Their engineers are very clean and tidy and they have done a great job. They even went over and beyond what they promised to do as they found another issue during their visit regarding our kitchen hot water pipe and they manged to fix that as well without extra cost as they had the parts and were there for the day anyway. Tried to contact this company for hours regarding my boiler pressure dropping, didn’t reply via email or text for two days so went with another firm. When they did reply it was barrage of aggressive voicemails from a female, service not recommended and plenty of fake unverified reviews to boot on cowboy sites when looked into further. Steer clear! Edit to company response- Hello, thank you for your response and time. Firstly, you are claiming Google and CheckaTrade handle your inquires but also claim direct email and sms do? I honestly think you are possibly confused and you are receiving push notifications from these sites, I do not fault you for this as it is very confusing. However, notifications are not these sites handling your jobs. Google does not text message or email customers and neither do CheckaTrade, I hope this helps in future for your company. You have direct email and text and that is what I tried to contact you through. You do not have my name because you did not accept nor decline the job and my email is not in my legal name, you only contacted me through Whatsapp via voicemail after getting my number through my initial message/inquiry to you. Please, check your portals again. You are putting words into my review I did not write, please re-read my original review. As for inquiring for a screenshot of your message back, that is 50% of the problem, I did not hear from you and you didn’t respond for two days. And when you did it was via Whatsapp, it was a barrage of voicemails demanding a reply and “if I even still wanted the job done” in a very aggressive tone as if I was wasting your time. I cannot upload video/audio to Trust Pilot but if I am able to, I will. I also did not say weeks later, I said two days after I initially inquired, which is true. You are again putting words into my review, please re-read it. A review is it not defamation, you are a public company and this was my experience, unfortunately again this is some of the aggressive attitude I encountered. I did not ask to be harassed by your company and gave my honest experience with your company to help others, that is the point of review sites and in response you knowingly used the flag function in attempt to take down my review. Before then trying to drown my review and push up your ratings by spamming positive reviews. As for only using Google and CheckaTrade, I am honestly quite taken aback at the boldness of this claim, being that when googled, your company is on many sites and this site? I know because not only is this public information but I found your company initially from Yell and then onto your website. Not CheckaTrade or Google. These companies of which also do not call to “cross examine” customers on their reviews/jobs; these are multi-billion companies with thousands/millions of employees in some cases, they do not have the time nor reason to do this for your plumbing company. This is a very odd claim, Boilergurus and a very “word salad” response in all. All of these sites, including Google & CheckaTrade I may add, do not require phone number verification and allow users to create many accounts, of which would be perfect for the many newly created accounts that seemingly have very lovely things to say about your company but seemingly are never used again and are seemingly copy pasted between sites. As for being in Spain, I live between Spain and Old Woking. However, regardless of this I do not need to tell you my permanent residence, you are a plumbing company paid to do a job (or lack there of in this case). I find it quite concerning that you would coerce customers/potential customers into divulging sensitive information that you do not need to know. Please, I would suggest again for fellow genuine customers reading this & searching for tradesmen, to go with someone not on cowboy sites & that do not allow actual verification and do your research before contacting. I regret contacting this company and wish I had looked further into them, go with someone reputable and known. What inspired you to start your own business?
The top dog of the company is Michal Jablonski. With extensive experience in this industry, he is still very much hands-on, as with years of experience comes knowledge and skill. It is unsurprising that he has the rare ability to diagnose all boiler problems within minutes, as there is no technical problem he hasn't come across before or not been able to resolve.
Michal started in the industry in 2008 as an apprentice engineer at British Gas and has been qualified as Gas Safe engineer for 15 years. He founded his first company Urban Glow Surrey 12 years ago, which is highly regarded in the Woking and Surrey area with an immensely loyal customer base.
Uniting Michal’s experience and expertise, Boilergurus is the brain child born out of a proven and successful central heating company, fused with the entrepreneurial, creative and business management skills brought by Lydia.
Lydia was the co-founder of the luxury goods brand, Aspinal of London. This was a start up at the time and Aspinal has since grown into an internationally recognised luxury brand. Coming from a background of fashion design she trained at Central St Martin's College of Art and created the name and visual branding of Aspinal. She was head of Design and Production for 15 years and is still a shareholder and on the board as a non-executive director of Aspinal, 20 years on.. As a serial entrepreneur, she simultaneously launched a luxury residential property business which involved buying properties, designing them, letting them out and managing them. As a professional landlord, her greatest challenge was dealing with boiler breakdowns, leaks and plumbing issues and she realised that central heating and plumbing accounted for 70% of her emergencies, repair costs and headache.
After years of dealing with unreliable and frustrating plumbing and heating companies, she decided that it would be a natural synergy for her to launch a new business that serviced her biggest challenge. Coming from a luxury and service background like Aspinal, where our mission was to offer second to none customer service combined with offering a high quality product, she is fanatical about this concept and - it has proven to be a winning formula.

We take Covid rapid tests on a weekly basis and would never visit a customer's premises if any of our engineers test as positive.

Annual Boiler Service – £90 including VAT
During this service, we will:
1. Fully inspect your boiler and controls to make sure everything is gas safe
2. Open up your boiler to check the internal components
3. Clean the magnetic system filter and condensate trap
4. Carry out a flue analysis
5. Before we leave your premises, we will provide you with a boiler safety checklist and a digital report of the service
PREMIUM Boiler Service with Full Strip Down – £130 including VAT
During this service, we will:
7. Perform all the services offered in our Annual Boiler Service (above) PLUS
8. Clean out debris from the burner and chamber
9. Physically check for flue integrity
10. Clean out heat exchanger of debris
11. Check the electrodes
12. Before we leave the premises, we produce a full digital report of our service, including photos of all notable points and fault diagnosis for anything that we find.
Landlord Gas safetey certificate £80
CP12 Gas safety certificate (Mandatory for Landlords)
The CP12 Gas safety certificate provides gas safety checks on these additional areas which are not part of the Annual boiler service, as a boiler service deals with specifically the boiler, cleaning out its components, and tests for its gas safety including the crucial boiler flue analysis.
CP12:
-check all gas appliances including Hob and gas fireplaces
- perform gas tightness test on gas meter
-Identify carbon monoxide alarms are installed, in all correct locations and test them

Our success rate for repairing your boiler fault within the first call out is 90% without the need for parts.
If parts are required replace parts in any boiler and can normally obtain parts same day or within 24 hours
