Being able to listen to my instructions and advice. As well as having faith in my decades of experience, which will yield the results you wish to achieve.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting to know my clients so I can build and put together a plan that suits there work and home life style so we can get the results that will improve there life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for virgin active for 13 years before I decided to work on my own business which gives me more flexibility to provide my clients more attention outside the 1 to 1 session.
