How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Our process is the same for every client regardless of age. We coach you to perform these barbell exercises each session, increasing the weight a little each time. After a few months, you’ll become stronger than you’ve ever been. As your strength increases over time, we will adapt your programme to ensure sustained progress.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
We believe there is no substitute for hard work. We don’t follow trends or gimmicks. We use proven, time-tested methods to increase your strength. We focus on the four basic barbell lifts – the squat, press, bench press and deadlift. Coached in a specific way for maximum efficiency, every muscle in your body gets trained. It’s simple to follow, but incredibly effective.
